Psychotherapy fee rate: $ 120 (plus HST)

Individual Career Counselling

As a Certified Career Development Practitioner experienced supporting over 3,000 individuals, like yourself, who were seeking their dream job that matches their passions, skillset and educational focus. I’m going to help you find that employer by showing you how to be proactive and develop a sense of confidence, polish your branding strategy, create networking opportunities, and thrive during interviews towards moving forward to your best life.

Anger Management Group Session

This session is court-approved is open to all participants. The sessions will explore heightened emotion, experiences, and provide knowledge about the protective response, Fight or Flight. Participants will discover how to assess own physiological, cognitive, emotional and behavioural responses. Also, participants will learn healthy techniques to improve relationships by responsive communication strategies in conflict situations. All participants will receive a certificate after completion of 4 modules.

Duration: 8 hours over 4-weeks

Cost: $ 240+HST
